Почему не информирует клиентов о закрытии офиса на стромынке. На горячую линию не возможно дозвониться, что бы связаться с сотрудником.

Здравствуйте! 30 января 2025 года в терминале QIWI по адресу г. Пермь ул. Мира 12 магазин ,, Монетка,, в 11.00 были внесены деньги для пополнения баланса именного кошелька ЮМoney - 1500 рублей. Деньги на баланс не поступили? Прошу разобраться! Терминал чеки не выдает.

Интересно ,а как на счёт договоров по перечислением? Какой там скок операции указывается и данные для связи .?Четвёртые сутки связи нет ,,не в зоны действия,, А денежные средства у компании на счетах .
